Hi iamhollyb, I agree with stamp11127 about rebooting your phone. Also make sure to delete any other device you have paired to MyFord Touch. Thanks! If you go into the Bluetooth options in your phone, select the gear next to SYNC (at least that's how it shows in my LG G3), does MEDIA AUDIO have a check mark in the box? Also, have you made any changes to where your music is stored on your phone? Rebecca- FordIVTteam

3rd Gen MyFordTouch/Sync?
Hi GeezingInVA, I cannot speculate on when exactly it'll be available on the Expedition, but all North American vehicle lines will have SYNC 3 by the end of 2016. :)- FordIVTteam
