You will need the front coil overs. The torsion bars on air ride equipped 4x4s are "softer" than normal. Without those coil over shocks your front end will sag.

Need to put up some pics of this "lift" maybe the collective knowledge can figure out what's on it and we can go from there.
My first suggestion would be take it back to stock. Or replace the lift with a reputable one.
My advice would be to go with 1 tons a Dana 44 ain't going to hold up to 40 very long if you do much offroad at all. Super duty axles are nice on these trucks since the abs is comparable.
