    Cross country trip complete

    Beware of eagle autosports

    Just an fyi.... Ive recently bought about 2000 worth of aftermaret parts for my 99 eb and i purchased black housing halo projectors with hid kit from eagle autosports.... The headlights came in with the chrome around the seal all messed up.... Then after installing hid jits for both fog lights...

    Window mouldings????

    Wondering if ne one has a trick to making the mouldings below and behind the door windows to look nice black again ( faded from sun)...... I was figuring i could try wipe on tire shine or just tape everything off and spray them gloss black..... Wondering if ne one has a more permanent solution...

    99 expy headlights, corners and fogs

    i have a complete set of oem headights, corners and foglights (with metal bracket) that i just removed off my truck..... i replaced the units with halo projector units with hids(headlights and fogs) so i dont need these ne more..... not sure what to ask for a price... i know what they go for...

    sound matting the hatch

    im not sure if ne one has done this yet on their expy yet but i will tell u i just did the hatch on my 99 eb and it was a nightmare.....if ne ones thinking of doing it be prepared to spend around 2 hours have a good knife to cut it, be double jointed.... and have lots of patience....lol...

    A4wheel fuse removal?

    I remember seeing a thread that said u could remove a fuse for ur 4wheel drive but cant seem to find it now.... Dont really want to do the brown wire mod but will if i have to..... If ne one knows more about either mod and whether ur 4x4 light will still flash after doing it please let me...

    Not sure what it is....

    I recently swapped trans in 99 eb.... bout a week and a half ago and have put about 600 miles on it.... It seems to hesitate and feels like it is stumbling when holding speed..... The tach doesnt seem to deviate and no check engine codes.... I just ordered cops for it so they will be changed...

    Installing gauge faces?

    Has ne one disassembled their dash in a 99-03 expy to install gauge faces? Wondering how large of a job it is before i order them.... I see there are 3 screws in the top of opening for gauges, not sure whether the gauges will slide out if u take them out.... Anyinfo would be appreciated...

    Truck stalls in reverse..... Help!!!!!!!!

    Just finished a 4r100 transmission replacement in my 99 eb, and everything is fine in drive/od but when i put the truck in reverse, the truck stalls...... The truck shifts smooth in drive/ od.... No issues..... Ne suggestions? Any imput would be appreciated.....

    headlight harness diagram

    does ne one have a diagram of which wires going into the headlight harness are for which function (i.e. wires for hi beam, low beam,) gonna be buying hid kits and wanna figure how i can do hid hi and lows on my projectors..... thanks

    Stock disc changer removal

    I have a 99 expy xlt with the stock 6 disc changer in the console..... It didnt work when i had the stock stereo in and now i have a double din with nav to install..... I would like to remove the changer to put my ir headsets in there for my screens....... Any instructions on how to remove it?

    Relays clicking

    I have a 99 expedition xlt 5.4l.... The battery died from sitting over the winter as it is my project truck...... I charged the battery, battery tested fine after charge..... Put the battery back in and the battery saver relay is steadily clicking...... It stops when i remove it.... But starts...
