It wasn't inappropriate yet it did not provide any information to check voltage it only suggest checking for leaks an how to reset the shutoff switch

If the OP checks for voltage and finds he has 12 V in and out of the switch then there is no need to reset the switch and if the fuel pump isn't providing any fuel pressure then he won't find any leaks

Okay, I dropped the tank and installed a new fuel pump and it runs again. Thank you gentlemen for your help and knowledge.
