2012 expedition el cannot use it headphones in 3rd seat

Anyone else have this issue and does anyone have a solution? Works fine in second row and if third row leans very far forward but if they sit in their seats normally they cut out. Help?!?!? It's a factory installed Invision headrest DVD player.

I have the same setup and we haven't had any complaints from 3rd seat users. Try new batteries?

The IR signal requires line of sight, same reason they don't work in the front seats
