Electrical Issue after Heated/Cooled Seat Fix.

I wired in the new seat plug for the heated/cooled seats under the passenger seat as instructed via YouTube videos. However after taking a short drive to check my work, the electrical system seems to be flashing on and off. This cycles through every 15 seconds but the engine doesn’t stop running, the headlights keep working etc. The HVAC system and stereo, an Alpine Halo 11” with integrated maestro controls have also gone black. Any ideas anyone? I’ll post the video of what’s happening later today. Cheers for your time.
