EvoHT programming question

Here's the scoop, I have a 2003 2wd 4.6 expy and bought the tuner. I put in the efan and underdrive pulley and I do tow a travel trailer (fully loaded around 6K) and I normally put the program to extreme and really didn't notice anything. (I've tried all of the programs and didn't notice any changes in performance or MPG).

The only thing I didn't try was putting in the towing AND putting premium gas in. Would that make any changes?

Any ideas would be appreciated...cheers.

Edit: I just contacted the company and they stated that the heavy towing suggests that you have premium....and when I looked at the programmer a little closer, it states that in the beginning...DOH!
