HELP! 04 expy 5.4

It's never done this.
Just had it serviced 700-800 miles ago, still is on original plugs and what not ( amazing I know )
So maybe the put something wrong on or just messed up?

Well if it just started doing this it may be cause for some worry especially if your oil warning came on. Just google it and you'll find a lot on it. I don't remember exactly what causes it. Maybe a clogged oil pickup tube or faulty bypass spring.
