I was trying to post a print just for you to see what the factory print looks like

Take your vin number and go to ford etis and enter the vin it will give you a readout of all that was on the expy as built Let me know what trans you have. Or you can look at the label by the divers door and get the trans code.

Being you have a harness that has been cut You can see how many wires are involved and also get the color code on the wires.

Now the problem comes in that you could have some wires that have the same color code but by knowing what systems are bad you can look at the connectors for that circuit and trace the wires using an ohm meter

Totally understand But you could spend many hours trying to figure it out Again knowing what systems have been affected and having the correct wiring diagrams will make tracing those wires much easier Although very time consuming

What would help is if you can post the number of wires in that harness and the color of the wires Some may be solid colors and some will have two colors on them for example Red with a white stripe or white with a red stripe The stripe will be the smaller of the colors

If you look at the above print you will see the trans with a connector C193 That shows the wires and the location at the connector those wires go back to the PCM C174 but they also go thru C172 If you know the locations of those connectors and the pin numbers involved you would be able to check the for continuity.
