this is my 2003 expedition light lift (spacers) metal moto wheels. making a light bar for the front and adding winch. will see how it goes ill post some pics when its done

I'm also curious if he ran into any issues when doing the spacers...such as, brake lines or fuel lines, etc. that's basically my biggest concern before I buy the Truxx 3/2 kit

Shift i did an ebay 3.5/2.5 lift and have any problems with brake or fuel lines. The spacers go on top of the struts. Here is a link to my lift with pics.

Tires are nitto grapplers 285 85 18 I could have fitted bigger ones but didn't wanna sacrifice MPG since we travel to Mexico a lot. And no issues what so ever with the spacers

The only off road I do is down Mexico in Mexicali San Felipe and Ensenada. We travel down to the score international races

They were the simple cheap ones on eBay. I didn't see the need to buy $400 ones when the $80 ones did the same thing and were built of metal. I just checked reviews.

Adding a Truxx 3/2 will not affect your brake or fuel lines..

Now that's a nice rack lol. It fits the expy good, there's not a whole lot of them that look on our trucks but yours definitely does.

expy530 no i dont live up there. I live in LA area. I have stayed at the coram ranch at the bottom of shasta dam a few times. Loved the dirt roads on the other side of dam. There is a great swim hole right before one of the bridges. Its fun to drive the back roads and see some of the stuff back there like the old mines.

I got the rack custom made in Mexicali Mexico. Took the guy like a day to make it. I really like it. I ordered some hella lights for it today ill get them some time next week.

Are you planning to add a front hitch for the winch?

Yes I'm welding it on the front up underneath that way if I can use it in the front or back. I made a light bar for the front as well

This is just a mock up it has another bar with some bends that are in the middle. I'm waiting to put my front hitch with the winch before I finish the light bar.

It was $250. It's cheap considering they want close to $400 for a rack here and they look nothing like that
