I checked while AC running ,outside temp 90 and inside the car was 75 after a few minutes running. It feels cool but not cold.I bought an AC pro ,after hooking it up the freon showed perfect.I did not put any freon in it.Is this normal ?

I've got a 2011 EL and it takes awhile for the AC to really get going. It gets ice cold, but it may take 20 minutes to get there. I don't know what's normal, but that's what mine does. My wife's Mazda, on the other hand, is blowing ice cold within 2 miles of leaving home. :/

I go by the high and low side gauge readings from a good set of gauges, temp of the receiver/drier or accumulator when running.
Check the fan clutch to make sure it is operating correctly and that the condenser is clean.
