Famous spark plug problem - Can it be repaired with a Helicoil AGAIN?

So quite some time ago, my spark plug shot out, and I replaced it with a Helicoil Lasted quite a long time (100k ish? miles), and today it blew out again with the Helicoil.

I am thinking about doing it again, but all of the kits that I see are based on the inside size (spark plug M14-1.25). The problem is that since I am repairing this again, I would need the outside size to be a bit bigger, but the inside size to be the same. Do they make Helicoils with different outside dimensions but the M14-1.25 inside dimension?

Thanks!

I've been told by a Ford tech there are three sizes available for when that happens.

You may check on a product called TimeSert to see if their option will also work.

Check the Time Sert "Last Chance" kit for tritom engines. I think it's part number 5600. I was in the same position and the inserts have held up for a while now. They won't blow out like Helicoils do.
