well that would indicate you have a short somewhere Break out your meter and start tracing wires. A good place to look would be at the visors I would take them down and check the wiring where it goes through the headliner. Remove them and make sure the wiring is not touching any metal

You are on the right track but this is a known but not too common occurrence.
I had it on my 2011 and someone a year or so back complained about the same thing and my solution fixed him as well.

Take down the visors at the roof and check the wiring that goes to them. In most cases you will find the wires pinched so tightly together when they installed the visor at the factory that it creates a short. Not even broken insulation on the wires. Loosen, reposition, and reinstall the visor and I think your problem will go away. Apparently that is not a circuit that is checked or noticed by the dealer and the end user is the one who finds the problem. Let us know what you find.

Thank you very much svfetter, thanks to your explanation I was able to solve the problem of my expedition .. Indeed, as you explained the problem was in the wiring of the visor that the factory screw had short-circuited the cables so the fuse 25 of 10 was blown amperes .. I an Separate them and put an electric tape, put a new fuse and everything worked .. Thank you again for your recommendation
