So with 27k miles the hankooks are a bit skinny
been looking at Michelin lt ms2 i had them before on the 150,
cant believe the price increase on them..250 at discount tire OMG

what are yall running?

FWIW, today and tomorrow (10/19-20) Sam's Club is doing $80 off + free install/lifetime rotation & balancing/road hazard on 4 Pirellis. If they're an authorized dealer for Hankook, they'll prorate for you as well if they're at 3/32 or less and you have the documents proving you rotated, etc. in accordance with Hankook's warranty.

Discount Tire Direct is running a promo until 10/28 also.

The $70 / 80 off when you buy 4 is a fake "eternal sale" run by most manufacturers thru their authorized dealers

Flip thru a car magazine next time you're in a grocery store, they ALL have that. Always.

PS and it's usually the worst deal available

The $80 is year-round on Pirellis, yes - and Sam's advertises it as such. The free install deal is the real sale. Sam's tires prices are already very competitive and the free install makes them the lowest around. If you paid with a Chase Freedom/Discover card there's another 5% cashback at warehouse clubs this quarter as well. I've done the rounds on tires many times and no chain, independent dealer or website has ever been able to beat Sam's out-the-door price. Sam's is also the only place I've found that will routinely prorate, even on tires they didn't sell you. I paid $225 for a set of 4 Michelin Defender LTX M/S earlier this year. Even before the prorate it was $642 installed. If you can find them lower, I'm all ears.

Michelin LTX M/S2, ~$416 shipped to store, $60 or 80 install i forget - walmart...no proration or anything, so compare it to your 642

No coupons involved

I have about 10k miles on these falken at3w’s and they've been great so far. Hard to beat for the price, and they look great too.
Total Agreement. I bought the LT version to get maximum tread depth of 18/32". Other brand LT tires are 15/32". A lot or most of the P rated tires are 13/32". Tread depth is my friend.

Those tires are plenty quiet on the highway too.
and Falken often has a rebate offer.
Installed put me back $685 for 17" LT's on my 2003 XLT.
Just have to run at higher pressure (44#)

I use Tire Buyer, which offer other discounts and free shipping.
Tire Buyer is American Tire Company, already has warehouses all over, they're the tire distributors to retailers.

Nice Falken deal.
