For anyone who may find it useful the window is easy to change. It’s held in by two clamps and some permatex. You can use a cement silicone too.
Take door panel off, take mat off, loosen two 10 mm bolts on the glass “clamps” or holders and pull chunks out. Pull seal away from door at top and work down and fit glass and now lower into door. Replace seal and bring glass into track. At this point cement and fasten the glass in. Anyone can do this job. You’ll need to move the window up and down as you do the job via switch (pain to plug in panel repeatedly) to reach everything good.
