I have a 1998 Lincoln Navigator and suddenly the power door locks completely stopped working, no lock or unlock from the drivers or passenger door or key fob. No issues up to this point, just a sudden and complete failure of the power locks. Never had an issue with the locks or keyfob in the many years I've had this vehicle. Power windows are unaffected, no issues there, just the locks.
I found a wiring diagram, but wow, I've never seen such a simple concept be so overcomplicated like this circuit...way more complicated than it needs to be IMO.
Long story short, what I've tested so far:
-Fuse #3 is good, tested it and have power
-G200 at the passenger side kick panel is good, no corrosion, tight, ground tests good
-Power is present at all of the BL/WH power wires at the lock relay block
-Ground is present on the solid black wire at the all unlock and all lock relay.
If I unplug the 3 relays from the lock relay block and manually apply power and ground to the respective wires going to the door lock actuators, l can get the doors to lock and unlock that way, so I assume my wiring is good from the relays to the door lock actuators.
I'm really lost, I really can't figure out how this complicated circuit is supposed to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
