I’d bet money ur clutch packs are going. New carbon fiber packs, fluid change, and friction modifier = smooth as butterYes, mine has LSD and 3.73 gear.

No Limited slip available for 2015 models in the US
Update: The dealer had my Expy for 3 days for the "Service Advancetrac" and "Hill Descent Control Faults" that appeared on my dash 2 days after the master cylinder & brake booster replacement. Dealer states they "found code C116a when they scanned. Technician followed ppt "g" 1-5. data logger test, remove and inspect brake light switch, reinstall, and set. Cleared codes, road tested and rechecked - condition resolved."
No error codes on the drive home, but I still feel that brake drag/shudder in that front drivers wheel. Time will tell. I will drive it a while and take it to another dealer to have the brake system/front left wheel checked out again just to be on the safe side.
Thanks all for your contributions to this thread.
We bought our 2016 XLT with close to 37,000 miles on it - lease turn in. Very clean when purchased. The cold start rumbling idle - until it is warm is a minor issue. My only annoyance is with how hot the transmission gets while towing. Our Expy doesn't have the HD radiator or auxiliary tranny cooler. Towing to/from the Kern River saw temperatures in the 236 degree range at times. Trailer only weighs around 3,000 lbs. Kind of bothersome since they claim it'll tow thousands more.
I do love the power of the engine and the strength of the brakes. Much happier than when I had the V10 F350 Supercrew 4x4 w/4.30 rear end. 7.3 MPG towing a 5th wheel was a killer as was 11.3 MPG empty.

I bought a used 2016 Limited for my wife back in 2018. Had 61k on it, used as a company car for a traveling salesman. All maintenance was done and documented at the dealership.I ordered and bought a new 2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4. I have never towed with it or hauled heavy cargo - strictly passenger use. It has never been wrecked or damaged, and is garaged when not used.
When the vehicle was delivered with two miles, the left front wheel opening molding was installed crooked and not fully attached. The lower molding behind the LF wheel was also not attached. That should have been a warning to me not to accept the vehicle. I accepted the vehicle and the service department fixed the moldings - which are now coming off again.
The quality and reliability of the vehicles has been poor. Numerous things have gone wrong with the vehicle. I also purchased the Ford Premium extended warranty.
At times, the dealer warranty and maintenance service has been okay - other times it has been poor. I stopped going to the selling dealer for repair and maintenance work, due to their poor service (warranty and customer pay).
Two issues remain unresolved; intermittent “no key detected” and “trailer wiring fault” messages. I have returned it to the dealer several times, only to be told there are “no codes”. I’ve learned that most Ford “factory trained technicians” do not know how to troubleshoot a problem.
I have owned and driven vehicles for 49 years. This was my first Ford - I had owned GM and Dodge vehicles (GM for 45 years). I doubt that I would by another Ford due the issues I’ve experienced.
It is my PERSONAL OPINION that many new vehicle dealerships are doing very well since the last recession. They have sold many cars and their service departments are flush with business. They have gotten “fat, dumb and lazy” and often don’t care about customer service.
Many technicians in the service departments are very young and know that they can go somewhere else and find another service job. Many lack pride in their work. Many don’t care about doing the job right, and have no concept of customer service and repeat service customers. Excellent service keeps the service customers returning, buying additional vehicles and telling their friends and neighbors about the dealership. Poor service drives customers away and generates negative word-of-mouth advertising.
The major vehicle manufacturers continue to survey and wonder why their customers leave the dealerships for independent shops. They’ll figure it out when the next downturn in the economy hits and will be spending a lot of money trying to get customers to return to their dealer shops.
As for reliability there are two groups of people on these forums. Those who show up wanting to know about their vehicles, and those who find this forum while having a problem. Look at how many new member introductions start by listing a problem. The majority of owners will never make it to these forums however reliable their vehicle is.
My 2016 bought CPO in January 2018 has been relatively trouble free. Getting close to 60,000 miles now. I had the tailgate paint bubbling and the SiriusXM antenna issue. Neither were major mechanical issues. Oil changes and gas. It is going to need tires and brakes soon.

So now on to how my car relates to yours.
While I had an issue the same as yours with the exact same warning lights in my dash. My problem was exponentially more severe. While driving the vehicle it would completely shut off and flash those same warnings along with a couple others.
Luckily this happened only while driving at low speed (sub 10mph) to my wife. But while the 2nd dealer was troubleshooting it the service manager had a butt-pucker at about 80mph when it happened to him on a major freeway in Houston, TX.
After that they finally called Ford and talked with an engineer.
Found that the problem was a bad Start/Run relay.
