Have you tried The Seat Shop?

https://www.theseatshop.com/store/vehicle-search/#?make=FORD&model=EXPEDITION&year=2010

OEM type stuff. I've used theirs on my 08 and it looks original. Installation is a bit of work. They have a video on line that shows what you're in for. Good people.

They also have a good video comparing their product to the cheaper stuff that's sold on ebay. Worth watching if you are the kind of person comparing pricing.

Unfortunately if you have the cloth seats, you're out of luck. Haven't found a source for them other than Ford.

The Seat Shop doesn't offer a tan option for the 2010 Expedition. Not sure what's going on there.

I've got these on my Wish List but haven't pulled the trigger yet. They look like they'll be a match for my truck:

When I get around to installing I figure I'll also replace the seat foam.

Slight thread-jack, but anybody know of a good source? I'd like to run the Durofoam but they don't offer it for the Gen 3 Expeditions.

eBay is a good bet for new OE seat covers if they are leather. They have the original style leather seat covers available if you search. This is the route I’d take since you only have to replace the worn sections and the rest will match. Here is the camel seat bottoms (perforated) for 07-14 model years.

The same vendors on eBay also offer the two tone Eddie Bauer and Limited seat covers with camel and caramel inserts.

thanks so much everyone! I'll check these sites out and see what I need to order...it's the cloth seats, and I really just need the drivers seat cover, the previous owner burned it with cigarette ash, so all I really need is one drivers seat cover, but I might upgrade to leather someday...rest of the truck is really clean.

I have a complete set of leather seats (all 3 rows) from a 2010 Navigator, pulled when the truck was still almost new and had only 6K miles on it. Color is Charcoal Black and they are memory/heated/cooled. I had intended to put them in my 2009 Expy but found out I had to become a computer hacker to make the memory/heated/cooled function work. I paid $2500 for all three rows (Ouch!!).

These have been in storage for the last 9 years, indoors in a climate controlled room. I need to get rid of them, but due to the size and weight shipping is neither easy nor affordable. I may end up parting them out.

There are so many wires and modules on my Eddie Bauer seats compared to my last XLT I couldn’t imagine the nightmare of retrofitting them into a truck that didn’t come with them.

Yeah, I figured out in principle how to do it, but it was/is beyond what I can manage right now. Hooking up the new Driver Seat Module (DSM) and new Dual Climate Seat Module (DCSM) seems pretty straightforward. That *might* get you a working memory option. But, since the seat climate controls are activated over the vehicle network, turning them on/off requires a dual-zone electronic HVAC module. Like the Instrument Cluster, the HVAC module handles a lot of important network traffic. Thus, you should not attempt to swap a manual HVAC control for the electronic one unless you are upgrading the entire HVAC system and you know exactly what you're doing.

As a result of all this, you would need some sort of custom controls to communicate with the DCSM to turn on/off the seats and also custom lights to display the current status. I'm not aware of anyone who has ever done it.

Check your Ford dealer. Most have a outside guy, that does seat repairs. There is a guy in my area(in his 70s), that used to do it for many dealerships. He replaced(stitched in) the upper outer panel and the whole bottom cushion for $200(you remove the seat). He used a matching vinyl piece for the upper section, he said would wear better(can't tell the difference). I use a seat cushion to save on wear.
