RWD tire wear pattern and need recommendation

Hello,
I recently bought a used 2018 Navigator RWD with 37,000 miles. All tires are original Hankook made in 2018. It was a rental car. I assume the company did what they suppose to do with tire rotation (at least once from carfax).
The front thread is 8/32 and the rears are 5/32.
What should I do with rotation? does the front wear less than the rear?
Should I put good ones in the front or rear?
I read somewhere that the rear may wear faster with an RWD truck.

You typically want your best tires in back. They need to be rotated though or it’s harder on them. Get on a schedule and ride things out as far as you can until you get a new set that you can track history on from birth.

front drove cars are hardest on tires and need regular rotation. It’s bphard having both all the torque and the steering stress on one axle. Somebody might’ve turned off traction control on a rental though to have some fun.

I thought this was a given... turn off traction control and every start from stop is WFO.... am I missing anything?

Sounds like carfax was right, one rotation. I'd leave them the way they are for awhile. Well until the fronts look/measure equal to the rear, then start regular rotations.

Usually the fronts wear more , since they do the turning.

Just rotated the tires on our 2018 with 19,000 miles. No discernible difference between front and rears. I was more interested in checking tire balance. I think how you drive it will determine how the tires wear. I think I know who rented the Navigator!
