So finally approaching the end of break in period which begs the question...what’s the ‘fastest’ setting off the line for a navigator? “Excite” would seem like the most reasonable answer but maybe only if you turn traction control off?

You actually did a soft break in?
Yikes, most know the rings only have about an hour to seat, so you either do it hard or soft.....
The day I got mine, I ran it wide open and downshifted every gear to seat them as hard as I could.

Excite mode seems pretty fast. Will have to try on regular without TC

Cary's is faster than yalls! and more importantly, it has HUD!!!

seriously though when talking 0-60 in these trucks, the biggest difference will be tow package vs non. that 3.73 rear end really helps this boat take off much quicker than the non tow (3.31?)

Wait, you’re still here? Has GM STILL not released something that can compete with a 3+ year old ford??? ;-)

And yes. 3.73. One of the reasons I went went with Navi. Standard tow package.

Tow package is definitely not standard on Navis...

Might have to invest in a draggy... What #s are you getting in normal mode? Are you able to get good traction in normal without the awd and TC off?

One thing I noticed on my road trip is the speedo was reading 1-2mph lower than the gps was showing on my phone/Waze. First vehicle I have ever owned that was under reporting speed...

Beating on a new drivetrain isn't so smart. Beating on a Expedition 0-60, isn't so smart, ever. The old timers used to say, how a vehicle is driven new, will determine if it will have future issues or last to 200K. The Expedition is engineered for towing, not racing.

There is Data that can be seen by dealer, when it's warranty time. They can see wide open throttle, traction control disengage and rev limit activation. They know what to look for. Too many hits, they will say abuse.

Everyone I've ever tested was 1-2mph slower than GPS. I fiqured manufactures did this on purpose.
