Here's a puzzler. My front windshield washer quit working. The rear works fine. There is only one washer pump, with hoses to front and rear. The button on the end of the turn indicator arm does not activate the washer pump for the front, but the dial does activate it for the rear.

I have tried a new washer pump. No luck. I just replaced the turn indicator arm (Rock Auto $40) thinking that the button is bad. Still does not activate the pump. The only fuses or relays I see on the diagram (https://www.autogenius.info/ford-expedition-2015-2017-fuse-box-diagram/) are related to the wiper motors, not the washer pump.

Anyone have any idea how to get my wiper washer pump going again?

My rear wiper motor was causing a parasitic draw and the first thing done was unplugging the rear wiper motor. With it unplugged the washer wouldn't work front or rear. You may have a wire to the rear wiper motor or something on a circuit board at the rear wiper motor causing your problem.

I had my problems with this. I replaced the washer pump and the rear wiper motor before I freed up the pivot for the rear wiper and fixed it.

Why did you put a new washer pump in it if the rear one was working?

The little plastic Y connectors under the windshield shroud can deteriorate and fail, this happened to me on my '08. Sounds like you've got an electrical issue though if the pump isn't activating when you engage the switch.

Have you blown out the front line to make sure it's not clogged with mung?
Just went through this where I could hear the pump run but no fluid to the front nozzles. Disconnected the hose and used my 12v air compressor to blow back to the reservoir. I noticed several pieces of crud floating about. Used the shop vac to empty, refilled with clean water and emptied again (using the air compressor to stir it up). Works like new. Love those simple fixes.

Sorry! Not sure how to work the forum, but my washer is not working front or back. The wipers work. I don't hear any additional noise when pressing the wash button on the turn signal. Is there a fuse to check? Where?

Check the owner’s manual for the location of the fuses and the diagram for which fuse is responsible for the pump(s). If the problem turns out to be the pump itself, I may have an extra depending on the specific part number needed.

Since this is the first google result, I registered on this forum to post this video which just solved the issue described here on my 2016 expedition ssv:

Back story: had a mechanic play around the fuse box while trying to find if my starter issue was related to a relay (it wasn't, starter just failed out of nowhere). He apparently swapped 2 relays. Putting back the "ab" one in the first spot fixed the issue right away.

Hope that'll help someone else some day!
