Factory alarm?
Any of the doors not locking (after you use the fob or interior switch)?
Any type of material caught in the rear hatch door latch?
Are you sure the hood is latched securely?

If your alarm is set, something as innocuous as a fly buzzing around will set off motion detectors in cabin. Try shutting vehicle down and selecting "perimeter only" on the screen when you leave the vehicle and lock it. If this is happening when the vehicle is closed and unlocked, then I got nothing to add.
