bike rack vs backup proximity alarm

if I have my hitch rack on my 2019 Expedition Limited, it immediately alarms when I put it in reverse, because the proximity detectors trigger. I thought I could turn this off via the dashboard menus, but I sure can't find any such setting?

ok, i found the Park Assist button. yay.

Yeah, you have to hit the park assist button every time you back up. We have a rack on ours pretty much 12 months of the year, I would love a way to turn it off and stay off until I want to have it on.
