Not mine anymore…my friend picked it up last Wednesday. Over the previous weekend I swapped in new VCT solenoids and topped off all the fluids. She ran good. Here it is in his shop touching up all the paint, I’m sure those bubbles will be back haha1BE12919-1FF1-42E1-AA31-05BB8F90CC18.jpeg

Feels like you didn't have that one all that long?

I actually owned this one since 2019 it would have been 4 years in May. It has sat for a long time but a little jump and she started right up.

Short run. I'm coming up on 8 years w/ mine. I usually get about 10 years out of my vehicles, but I don't think this one is going to make it.

Well I bought it with something like 150k on it, that was well worn in all ready. I just bought my first brand new vehicle a month ago, this one I’d like to keep to 200k. Got a 2023 F-150 with the 5.0L V8/10R80, it’s a total beast with 400 horsepower/410 lb ft of torque. I waited because the 17-20 3.5 EcoBoosts were eating camphasers and the 18-20 5.0s were drinking oil like it was going out of style. Ford really refined both engines for the 14th gen adding power and fixing all the bugs. Averaging 18.1 MPG combined, breaks 22 MPG quite frequently on the highway.

Replaced back up and fog lights with LED. Want to make headlights brighter, but the LED retro headlight bulbs I see so far, are too bright according to internet info. I don't appreciate being blinded by other's LED at night, so I will not do the same. Might have to go with Sylvania XtraVision or better(?).

You could retrofit a projector, but it's a lot of work.
