Ford Pass App - New Version

Well F….. Updated this morning and am seriously pissed. The most important things to me are ALL gone. No oil life, no tire pressure, no fuel level!!! Is there a way for me to go back to the previous version? I don't see how.

Ford absolutely sucks at technology. I still dont have the Synch 4 update that others got eight months ago.

Of course I just changed my oil this afternoon and there’s nowhere to document self-service as far as I can tell anymore.

Got mine updated, confirm all of this. Not happy about not being able to log service anymore. I have detailed records ever since I got it in there that I'd like to keep updating.

Thank you. I had trouble finding software updates. Finally found it in settings. No logic to that.

Strange, wonder if it displays differently based on the year of the vehicle or something because mine has the full display under Vehicle Health with the odometer at the bottom.

Nope.. And I can't seem to find it on the Ford Owners website either.

When I switch out of the new version and back to the old one it gave me a survey and a free form text box for comments.

I'm using the Ford Pass App on my phone and received the new version too. My Expy is new and I am constantly looking up things in the Owners Manual that is now not there. How does one switch back to the old version?

The ability to switch back to the old ver was only possible during the beta test. Not that the new ver got pushed out through the app store you cannot switch..

Got a new cell phone last week. New version loaded on it automatically. Checked my old phone....still has older version on it. Go figure.

With mine it did update the veh info right away. Maybe try starting it with the app.

It's under the service tab. All the features are there, just in a different layout.

Ive used it several times now and I still find it difficult to find what I want because it is so unintuitive. Vehicle status such as tire pressure, fuel level, etc should not be under “settings” or “service”. Literally nothing about the app makes sense how it is laid out.

You will have to login into your account on your computer to add the self service records.

It's under the service tab. All the features are there, just in a different layout.

No, all the previous features are not there. Fuel gage, Warranty info, owners manual..
