Typical time lag from order to VIN to delivery?

Finally going to move on from our 2018 Max, which has 130k miles. My local dealer couldn’t locate an Expedition built exactly the way I wanted, so we ordered one. This past Monday, June 2, I got an email from Ford with an order number, and an estimated delivery date of July 16.

How likely is that to be accurate? (We’re actually going to be on vacation that week!)

What’s the typical time lag from getting the order number to getting the VIN. And what’s the typical duration between VIN and delivery?

I’m waiting as well, got the window sticker but no estimated delivery date. Where did you find that?

It was in the email that Ford sent confirming the order and giving the order number.

Dealer ordered Platinum SPP Max February 11, received order confirmation from Ford within 24 hours.
Received two "Please be patient..." emails, March 29 and May 6.
Received VIN and production schedule May 22.
We are scheduled for production week of July 14.
I have not seen a windows sticker, but I do have the VIN.

We are in the midwest too, but it went rail from Louisville to STL and sat for a while before a truck brought it to the dealer.

We ordered a Tremor on May 2, scheduled/VIN yesterday for week of Aug 4th.

Same. I went to check on the roof rack cross bars for a different thread and noticed the one week slip in scheduled build date - they didn't even send me an email.

Ordered mine at the end of March…only extra I had was the paint, Tremor package.
