I ordered an under-carriage cover for my 2025 Expedition. The website clearly showed it fit my Platinum vehicle. It does not fit. I contacted them and they asked for the VIN. They told me my VIN shows it does not fit and refused to take it back.
So basically, the website shows it's an exact fit, but the rep on the phone said it does not come up using my VIN. I find that strange. Now I'm out $100.00. In defense for Levittown, I did discover the same scenario shows true with every Ford parts dealer I visited.

At checkout we strongly advise you include your VIN and even have a toggle that is required for you to select. When no VIN is included we cannot accept liability however we should be able to take it back granted you have all of the original packaging and the part shows no signs of use. Return shipping costs would be your responsibility as well but we can help with a discounted return label and then deduct it from the refund. Please send me your order number and VIN if you would also like information on the correct part number.
