I think you are fine, use the tow haul mode to lock out overdrive, take it slow. Does the trailer have brakes? You’ll have the power, if it sags the rear end too much you may want a weight distribution hitch. Stopping that weight would be the issue I see.

I have the transmission cooler, if you are getting close to the capacity it’s probably a good idea, especially if you you are in hills.

I have an 07 with tow package and it’s rated 9200 lbs with weight distribution hitch. I tow a 29’ jayco that’s about 7,500 loaded and it does great!

- noise just started this weekend....
I the vehicle is moving and accelerating , a noise that seems like a vibration occurs around 1,500 rpm’s. It goes away at cruising speeds / rpm. If I’m in park and rev it up it does not occurs. If I take off faster it don’t notice it, just normal...
What did it run you? I have two one from a ford dealer , one from a shop and 2k +! I’m told the hatch / liftgate is about half
