Definitely not nails. It's much louder than that. Like there's a gremlin under there lol. I was thinking maybe hubs. I suppose ill jack it up and spin the tires to see if I can replicate it. IAC high idle help!
Sounds like it could be the notorious cracked PCV valve return line boot. It's located up behind the top of the intake. Follow the tube from where it comes out of the PCV and you'll see the boot that connects to the intake. Put your hand there and see if you feel a vacuum leak. There's a post...- Jeff532003

Whats it worth?
I think your being overly optimistic. Most people looking for a rig like you built probably aren't looking for an Expedition and the miles are certainly going to be a turn off. Those are LED angel eyes not HID. I'd look for a set of true HID angel eyes or get some the LED strip ones without the angel eye and add your own HID's. Really strange new issue... Help?
Just wanted to update this in case anyone else has this issue. This was one of those things were fixing one issue created another.
