    My 07 Lifted EL w/ 33's

it was a tough day for me too. I had a lot of fun with it and my buddy will be doing the same. The van was the most practical solution for the short term. I really want a Quigley 4x4 van. There is quite a following with them and they are well worth the extra $$.

    Electric Fans?

what are you saying? eliminating fans just because you have an elec pump? elec pump would be great but I am not sure about getting rid of the fans

    My 07 Lifted EL w/ 33's

looks perfect. how does it tow with the setup? I sold mine to a friend and he said the 35s didnt like towing his trailer camper. said they tracked all over the road. I hope to maybe get an EL or excursion here in the next year or so if I find a good enough deal.

    Exhaust Size?

I believe its 2.5, but thats not very critical unless you are trying to do it yourself. most shops will use whatever they have and make it fit. I went with a magnaflow 3 inch in/out. I got the same one from the catback kit, its like 22" long. pretty deep tone and quiet inside the cab.

    Electric Fans?

it allows you to remove the mechanical clutch fan from the front of your motor. You will see increased cooling capabilities as well as better fuel economy and a slight performance gain. I think they claim around 10HP.

really dont think they would work without the lift. 285/70 should work with minimal rubbing. Also depends on the wheel you plan to use. A daystar spacer lift up front is the cheapest way to go. Does not require shocks or coils to be changed. You could probably get away with leaving the rear...

    Truxxx 3/2 tire clearance?

running same lift and went with 315/70/17 (34.5"). yes you will need to trim the front valance. The real key is less backspacing on your wheels. OE is 6". I went with 4.5" and they do stick out a little. Might be able to get away with less it just depends. You cant run a 16" wheel...

    07+ Expy lift/wheel questions

take a look at my sig pic. I have 17x9 with 4.5 backspacing. thats 1/2 inch less than what you are going with. yes they will stick out as you can see but with a 325 60 its going to look pretty good and you will need the backspacing to prevent rubbing

    Flowmaster suggestion

My experience was with a super 40 on my last SUV. Once it hit between 35-40 MPH the drone would settle in. Now this was a dodge so maybe the results would be different on the Expy's IDK. Big difference here is the 70 series is a 3 chamber and the 40 and 44 are 2 chamber. There are more...

between those 3 I would suggest the 70 series. The other 2 are very aggressive and loud IN THE CAB.
