    was a cracked head, know much about re-timing the engine, think my timing jumped. or should i say i know my timing jumped. I never removed the drivers side timing chain, could there be a chance that the drivers side jumped?

    timing chain may have jumped when reinstalling it. never removed the drivers side, but could it have jumped also? also, when installing the links on the sprockets, should the double dark link be centered on the cam sprocket? pictures would be very helpful. expy cranks but sounds very rough
