Yes, and that's what should be done. Well actually the people she complain and get the laws changed but that happens far too infrequently.
You do the work yourself and get it to look like the professional work or B good enough to easily pass the inspection with no red flags popping on, then download some letterheads or even get an estimate from a real place in person and simply get your copy rap and do some creative Old School cutting and pasting unless you're really good with scanning and manipulating PDF files Etc...
Then, you will have a piece of paper that shows whoever did whatever you want.
Now at first this won't even be illegal most of the time. It's only after people start doing it or they think about the fact that people might do this do they make it a crime to submit a fraudulent or forged document.
But that's irrelevant.
What absurd laws are enforced it's time to circumvent them.
It's actually what they morally deserve.
It's just a shame to see how screwed up the world has become and it's a much greater shame to see so many people accept it easily and even support it AND the greatest shame of all is that they have won and will win by indoctrinating our youth to having no idea that it's not okay for it to be this way and that that's not the norm.
People under 20 or 30 will have no idea the way things used to be, and were, since you know, the dawn of time.
They market all of these changes in the name of progress or safety but mostly they have just screwed up the world and tightened up their grip of control on everyone.
Not to mention made it far more expensive to survive and live in the world.
It's sad really!
