Retail Order Bonus Cash (PGM #38150, #14030) $1,500

I placed an order in early march through a dealer, negotiated the price of $2500 off MSRP. I am seeing the Retail Order Bonus Cash that expires today, what is the best was to ensure I also get that as part of my deal. I am not very trusting of dealerships and not exactly sure what would prevent them from saying it was already included in the original signed purchased order contract.

I received a PCO of $2500 in the mail a couple months ago. I went to the dealer and tried to get them to apply it to my order. They told me that until I had a VIN they couldn't do anything.

I read the fine print and mine says that I needed to place an order or buy from dealer stock by a certain date. I placed my order before then so I would think that the deal should still apply.

My dealership told me to print it off from Fords website and hold on to it until my exp was delivered and then they would be able to apply it.

Ford Marketing told me that the dealer needs to call Ford to extend the expiration date. I called my dealer to do this and he confirmed it was extended

I got a PCO last week but in my fine print the expedition is excluded.

When dealer pulls smart Vincent, it will show all incentives at time of order.
