My wife just messaged me about her 2017. She said the car alarm/horn goes off when she opens the doors or hatch when the car is already unlocked. Any ideas?

you might try unlocking the drivers door with the key... that might disable the alarm

Cancel the alarm with the FOB.
Then push the lock, then unlock button on the FOB. Then try to open a door or hatch.
Any aftermarket equipment on the vehicle?

I tried it with the other key fob and didn’t have any problems. I am going to have her run with the second fob and see if it recurs.
