    I took my uncles truck down to winner ford today. He borrowed my truck and called me frantically saying there was something wrong with my truck. Low and behold the exhaust separated before the muffler. Check your exhaust clamps they like to rust apart and fall off.

    dont know what the co means but your sending unit in your tank could be shorting and causeing to read full all the time.

    what motor do you have? last time i checked all 4.6/5.4 all use 6 quarts of oil with filter change.

    i usually use this and connect the dvom to each side then disconnect by loosening the screw.

    i would advise to use the same method but only on the negative. look up parasitic draw test.

    Yea some scary shit when u pull ur filter off and all the filter elemnt falls out when u go to drain it.

    stay AWAY from fram they break apart internally and clog up some oil passages. I use motorcraft personally no problems. FL-820S is the motorcraft number. I believe they been using them since 96/97 to present 4.6 and 5.4 V8 on all fordmoco vehicles.

    is the expy 4x4 or 4x2. in my opinion it looks like a vent line (some are very small on my truck)since its run in the corrugted cover. is there a way you can take pictures/ trace it down the line?

    yea they do look GREAT. Their alot more comfortable since they put brand new springs/foam in them.

    In my mind it would definately look good with an 03 bumper if it was done good. Dont how it would look with the stillen lower. Unless it was blended so there was so seperation line. That is a whole different story. but its looking good so far.
