Has anyone gone with the Michelin defenders in 305/45/22? Saw in another thread that that size fits a stock suspension with no rubbing (or maybe if you're offroad with full suspension travel), but for a normal city driving situation it was fine. This seems like a decent alternative to fill the...
If you have captians chairs in the second row, I'd opt for the one piece 2nd/3rd row that covers the walkway in between the 2nd row seats. This definitely protects the gap there. Harder to take out and clean but worth the protection you get from it.
I'm curious as to how one would even get anything back for the stock tires if they don't reach the stated treadlife. I've gotten credit from discount tire on tires i've bought from them but never had luck on the stock set. Have you been able to do this?
Completely agree with you. He called the Max the "Maximum version". Just read the back of the car and you'll get the name right dude! I still have yet to see any documentation (aside from what the guy in the video claimed) that the platinum has the HO motor. has anyone see this printed...
I’ve never tried there but Lombard Ford is where I’ve always gone. Anytime I’ve bought a vehicle the dealer claimed the prices from Lombard were below the dealers cost.
it wouldn't surprise me if the seats are only heated on the stealth. we drove a 2021 RST tahoe and the seats were only heated. only until you got to the premier and high country was there cooled seats as well. that would be absolute insanity if the platinum (and even king ranch) didn't have...
Mine did this once. Seemed like a total fluke. Never set codes or found any issues and it never happened again. Check to make sure your battery is good as weird electrical things like that can be the sign of a bad battery
Just an update (because i’ve refused to give up on this), I found out that one does exist for the L version. Part number is LL7Z-7811600-BA. I physically went and put my hands on one today at my dealer. Looks identical to the Ford one, just doesn’t have “Expedition” plastered across it and...
Thanks Artie! They look great. Completely agree with you on the trimming. You can certainly do it, but difficult to figure out how you'd taper it off to make it look nice. I think we're gonna order the liner for the 2nd and 3rd rows then get the all weather floor mats (not liners) for the...
Artie, that would be awesome if you could post some pics! My wife is concerned the coca will look weird and just wants to go with the black ones. What do you have set up in the cargo area?
Just picked up a 2021 Navigator with the cappuccino interior (wife’s car now) and we’re going around and around on floor mats. I’ve got the weathertechs in my expedition and couldn’t be happier. After looking at the interior closer, the carpet in the Navi is actually like a coco brown color...
Does anyone know if they make an equivalent version of the folding mat like this for the navigator? Haven’t been able to come across one yet. Would be for a 2021 Navigator (short one, not the L)
well, everything seems to be connected. in doing some research, it sounds like there's a module inside the steering wheel that can go bad that's related to the adaptive steering and somehow controls the heat as well. There was a video on a superduty where they just had to replace the entire...
Had my expy in the shop for a warranty replacement of the clock spring in the steering column and just got it back. the heated steering wheel isnt working and i'm assuming its because the tech didn't connect the wiring harness back up. If i can avoid it, id rather not go back in just for this...
