I bought a 8$ temp gauge from Ebay and installed it by my throttle body so I can see my discharge temps. I bypassed my IC for a few more #'s a while back sinse its cold out and I wanted to see what my temps are. I took it around the block and at 44deg out side my cruze temps are in the 60's and...
motorcraft or NGK! In my experience it seems that most of the plug blow out issues on every f150 or expy that I repaired were always something other then motorcraft. I also say NGK because thats what I have used for 10 years due to my supercharger and never had a problem.
I know on the 5.4's there is a hose/tube that runs from the water pump to the firewall and there is a little tab welded to that, that likes to break. That will fill the valley up with coolent and drip down the pass side and puddle right behind the pass tire. I have got the joy of fixing this a...
Are you the one that made that video? If so Good job on taking apart the dash to track that down. I bet it will answer alot of people questions on how water gets to the GEM.

They don't make anything to do it as low as I did but what I did was 2WD lowering springs for the rear and the cut a inch out of the torchon bar stops and that will get you about 8" in the front.
Mine is 4WD. I lowered it 11 years ago because I new I would never take it wheeling. It doesnt eat tires, It rides nice and corners well like this too.
I also take it in the sand and snow and it does great. Im glad it has the A4WD option because I have a problem with the ass end always tring...
The ones I am looking at even have the EGR port. I know people say the shortys wont help with performance but id think they would be better then nothing and should help sense I am supercharged.
Anyone here install shorty headers on there 5.4 on there own? I was looking at the 200$ headers on ebay and it looks like a direct fit. Its trying to extract any broken bolts that worry me. I asked a exhaust shop how much they would charge and they said 400$ a side.
Neutral drop! I have the local tire stores watching for some lightning rims for me so I can run those on the track. My truck is a lot quicker with out those 22's...
