    Power seat motor

    On the 03 EB we just purchased the recline motor on both seats won't work. The motors run but ratchet. Therefore I believe the motors are ok but possibly has a bad gear. Has anyone ever run into this and is it possible to fix it? The fwd/back motors work fine.
