    I’ve been using the Andersen WDH/sway setup for 7 years towing a 3500 lb trailer. Solid tow…all the time in all conditions. 2014 HD tow package. Never had the TSC engage.

    Our 2014 Expy with tow package is rated to tow up to 9200 lbs. Would we ever tow that much? No. We do, however, very comfortably tow a 3500 lb trailer. A 5500 lb trailer would be very doable. We also use a WDH that has antisway built in.

    I've always subtracted about 20%-25% from the published tow weight and used that as my tow weight limiter...gives me that much more of a realistic safety margin. This way I'm not pushing up to the bare limits as published AND gives me a bit of safety cushion if I'm sloppy.
