99 expy 5.4 2v
Just replaced head, battery, starter, and IAC. When I crank it now it sounds like the starter stays engaged. Anyone have any suggestions on fixing the problem. To give a run down, I had a time getting it into timing. Then the starter burned out and battery went dead. When i finally got it...- watsonj8

timing chain installation
timing chain may have jumped when reinstalling it. never removed the drivers side, but could it have jumped also? also, when installing the links on the sprockets, should the double dark link be centered on the cam sprocket? pictures would be very helpful. expy cranks but sounds very rough- watsonj8

Timing Chain installation
Replaced my right cylinder head on 99 expy 5.4 triton. I only took off the passenger timing chain. When reinstalling the chain, the timing jumped. So, I remonved everything again and lined the timing chain mark up with the crank sprocket mark (single mark on timing chain) and the centered the...- watsonj8

coolant leaking at coil pack
Have a 99 expy 5.4 liter. At the number 3 coil pack collant is coming up when you idle the engine up. The coil pack is on and i increased the rpm and coolant flowed vertical from roughly the back right side of the coil pack. What could it be?
