I've tried to search the forums but could find anything so if this info is already posted... sorry. I have at least one bad sensor in my 2010. Must be a dead battery. I'll be changing tires soon and want to order sensors for them but i'm having a hard time finding the right number. It...- mjstef

Have not changed anything. Yesterday the clicking went on for about 10 miles, went away for a bit and came back again for another 3-4 miles. Some days it does not do it at all.......- mjstef

Super fast relay clicking......
Have an annoying relay clicking under the dash. Sometimes clicks for 5 minutes or more. It quits the instant the brake pedal is hit or the turn signal is turned on. Any clue what i have going on? 05 Expy with 165,000 miles......- mjstef

What to replace my OEM radio with......
I have a thread going in the electrical forum and have found my OEM radio has a short in it killing my battery. I don't need nothing special as i don't listen to much music. Parasitic draw in the radio??????
It really does not matter to me much. i rarely if ever listen to the radio when i drive unless it's talk radio as music will put me right to sleep. I thought about an aftermarket GPS unit so i don't have to pack my netbook on the armrest when i am in a strange town........- mjstef

I have the fuse unplugged and it seems like all is good. I'll know more in the AM when the wife goes to work. Things may have been going bad for some time. Factory intake..........
Major byach to cut that out to 4". It's not only the inner fender but a center section too. I have hole saws big enough but i am not sure how i would hold em!!!- mjstef

Factory intake..........
Got rid of it today! The factory intake is over 4" where it goes into the air filter but only 2.25" where it comes through the fender well. I replaced it with a piece of 4" thin wall Sewer pipe, a 4" to 3" adapter and a piece of 3" through the fender well. The Ex seems to breathe a lot...- mjstef

Factory air intake???
Whats the deal with the intake being over 4 inches at the engine but only about 2.5 inches where it sucks through the fenderwell??? Anyone opened up the factory intake to see if there is an improvement in fuel economy?? I drilled about 6- 1" holes in my 92 explorer airbox before the filter...- mjstef

Damn seatbelt warning chime!!!!
I have had Fords all my life and NEVER had an issue with disabling the damn chime but this 05 Ex. WILL NOT let me disable it!!! I have went over and over the sequence for close to a year now every time it pizzes me off but it WON'T disable!!!!! Sitting at the damn drivethrough at the bank...- mjstef

I don't know of ANYONE out there that gets better mileage with a 6.0 compared to a 7.3. The best i EVER got with my 6.0 is 17 and all my 7.3's were spec'd the same way but all did right at 20 mpg.- mjstef

12K worth of Warranty work on the engine in 138K miles. Gutless as hell off the line with the 6spd. even with a 125HP Edge Module, AFE intake and a 4" Exhaust. No the mods were not my problem either. I ate EGR valves(5) and EGR coolers(3) as well as 2 sets of injectors. NEVER had a head...- mjstef
