    I have bought my ex some time ago, did the paintjob becouse it needed it etc. The car had a problem with airbags - the light was on the dash but the bags were on their place. Also I was having some occassional problems with transfer case switch. SOmetimes the transfer case was working properly...

    thanks, I'll look at it. Right now the car is at the electrics garage. They're trying to figure out what's wrong with the transfer case.

    hah thanks guys that's very nice. That's a factory I'm working in so there are some advantages... When it comes to the exhaust - I had to do it becouse of the regulations. It can't be directed on the sidewalk

    Transfer case problems... all the same

    I disconnected the battery for 24h. After that everything worked as it should but another startup showed the same situation. No control lights, no changes on moving the selector - nothing. I don't understand what causes the problems

    Thanks Biggz :) nvycrmn - no I cant lower it becouse of the roads. It's a Polish problem. We have lot's of bad roads and it's safer to sit higher :) Expedition - the cap felt off despite the lugs, they were still on their place. I will search for the harley lug nust on ebay but I think it's...

    if any of you consider buying such rims please remember that they have 1 problem. They're loosing the center caps. I have already lost one, figured how to secure them, but anyway lost another :P. Fortunatelly it's a small town and I found that one but still 1 missing.

    I live in Poland. You can make everything legal here if you know how :) so there would be no problem with smokin' them. This is what I was thinking of: The problem is they want $160 for shipment when I know that it should be around $40 :(

    305/40/22' I would rather keep the roofrack. In my case it is useful sometimes, but offcourse navigator's would be better. Unfortunatelly they're to expensive. When it comes to lamps, I have found some on ebay but they want to much for the shipment. Haven't found black foglights

    So here it is. 2003 eddie bauer. I have repaint it, made some interior changes and finally, yesterday received new wheels, so right now I can post the car pic on 22's. Unfortunatelly a little bit dirty but I'm proud of it.

    How can I setup the wheels in position?

    I have changed lower control arms in my 2003 awd eddie bauer and now the wheels are not positioned as they should be, the steering wheel is also not straight and the tires make sound on turning. Where can I find wheel angle setup for this vehicle? I have just found that it's called a wheel...

    still trying to find a transfer case relay somewhere under the hood. I have found it in the Navigator but cant locate it in Expedition. It's a vehicle from 2003 maybe you know where to look for it? It's the one that you can hear when changing from A4WD to 4H

    Yes I think so but I have no idea where to look for it. Today I was changing the battery - had to put one from Ex to Pontiac and after 2 hours when I put it back, the transfer case wasn't responding at all
