No power to fuel pump
Fuses were continuity tested in the panel with a multimeter. The issue ended up being one of the wires in the plug for the FPDM got pushed out. Once I found that the vehicle starts and runs fine again.- superduty4x4

Problems with 4wd
Is there a gasket needed between the shift motor and the t-case? Also, the shift motor I bought has slightly different wiring than the one in the vehicle, in the vehicle there is an extra wire that actually goes into the tail shaft of the t-case. Can't find much on this issue- the wife's 2006 Expedition is leaking water somewhere but I'm not sure where. The water is most prevalent in the 2nd row on the driver's side, the floor where you'd step in is very wet and if you flip up the seat to access the 3rd row there is standing water in...- superduty4x4

All 11 bulbs in the twist lock plugs were replaced with LED's. Turn signal indicators, high beam indicator, and cruise control indicator are not working. Could someone do me a favor and take a picture of their cluster in test mode with all the indicators lit up so I can see what else might not...- superduty4x4

All the bulbs in the twist-lock plugs have been replaced with LED's already. I may try the incandescent bulbs in the turn signal spots to see if they come back. Not one thing I've done to this car has been easy, it's really starting to wear me out!- superduty4x4

Final update... on a whim I bought 20 LED bulbs off Ebay for $7.79 shipped on Saturday and they arrived today, pulled the dash apart AGAIN, replaced all the bulbs and voila... everything works now. Now if I could just get the CD changer in this car to work after multiple attempts to fix it...- superduty4x4

Another update, found my service manual DVD and started digging deeper. Per the manual one of the tests is to measure the voltage between the instrument cluster C220a-6, circuit 19 (LB/RD), harness side and ground. I did that and got nothing, the diagnostic is "repair circuit." So... where to...- superduty4x4

Somehow lucked out and the local Napa just happened to have 11 #74 bulbs on hand, I will report back if it worked or not. Edit- that was a fail. The supposedly #74 bulbs they had are as big as the old bulb and socket combined. Back to the drawing board...- superduty4x4

Just trying to make sure I find EXACTLY which bulb I need. I live in a small town and its a one hour drive each way to the big city with decent parts selection. I'm not at all confident new bulbs will fix my problem but finding another cluster is going to be difficult and expensive.- superduty4x4

Got the diagrams, thank you. Gone are the days of simplicity where you had a variable resistor that would increase/decrease output to the bulbs to control brightness, now we have a fancy PWM controller that does a bunch of smoke and mirrors nonsense to accomplish the same thing but takes 40...- superduty4x4

I did check the pins, all is well there. I will pull and test fuse 15 for kicks as well. I'm hoping that 1955moose is on the right track about certain bulbs needing to be good for the rest to work, I pulled 7 bulbs out and have little faith that they all went back into the spots they came from.- superduty4x4

There are only 2 plugs on the back of the cluster and there's no way you can get them in the wrong spot. I did check the fuse that states it's for instrument cluster illumination, among other things which I forget, and the fuse checks OK plus all the other items on that circuit function.
