2007 expedition key
Find a mobile locksmith who will come to your house, get it done for half the price of the dealer. I've found that it's always much easier to have the person who cuts it also program it and test it. These keys can be a pain. Others may have other results...just my 2 cents.- JollyRoger

Dead at the Dealership Parking Lot
I had something similar happen last year. AC Compressor seized, belt was shrieking (but did not bend the tensioner). Took the belt off, drove it 2 miles to a shop and had the entire AC system replaced for around $1300 I think.- JollyRoger

Navigation/GPS is WAY off...
You just jogged my memory...thanks! I had the radio out of the truck a few months ago to replace the blend door actuator. I wonder if I forgot to reconnect the GPS sensor cable. That's about when it started not working. I will check it out...thanks!- JollyRoger

Can’t find transmission fluid leak, output shaft?
X2 on the bulkhead connector. My a/c compressor seized up the other day after a long drive in very hot weather. I decided to let a shop fix it, and do it correctly. The bottom cushion on my 2010 Limited drivers seat is starting to break down. It's mostly the leather but also the foam. This idea just hit me the other day...is it possible to swap the front drivers and passengers seat cushions? I'm not suggesting the entire seat...just the part your butt...- JollyRoger

X2. By putting them on the roof of the popup, you also won't have to be as concerned with height, and it will be more aerodynamic. In addition, they will be WAY easier to load/unload. Child lock and auto unlock questions
Correct, if the rear door is locked, the inside handle won't open it. I believe the child lock switch disables the inside handle from opening the door at any time, even when it's unlocked. The only solution I've found when adults are riding in the back is to select 'auto unlock' in the setup...- JollyRoger

Trailer hitch
The factory receiver hitch is welded onto the frame. Any after market bolt on unit would require the factory receiver to be removed by breaking the welds. This is probably why you can't find a replacement.- JollyRoger
