Hello, I am new to this forum.
I just bought an 01 Expediion XLT that has the cassette head unit. I also just picked up an 02 Mustang GT which has the stock 6 disk head unit. Both stereos seem to be the same din size and both vehicles are close in model year.
I have a large alpine system that I am contemplating to put in the mustang. The question is; Can the mustang headunit slide into the expy? That would solve lots of issues right now. Then I would not have to buy another stereo right away.
