02 XLT front pad install

Hi all,
Want to change front pads, Have tried everything in searchs thus far, a 7mm will not fit, a T40 wont work ""Help ""

On my 2000 it was a T45 for the two bolts that the caliper on. And I believe the other two bolts were an 18mm.
