Hi, I am new to this and wanted to get some input before taking my truck in and being ripped off, or spoken "over" for being a woman. My Service Engine Soon light came on and the codes that I got for why its on is P0171, P0301, and P0316. I was told that it maybe a coil that misfired or fuel injector problems. I just had my tune up done less than a month ago. Does anyone have any suggestions before I put more $$$ where it doesnt have to go? Thank you for your help!

P0171 - lean code: vacuum leak or dirty MAF (mass air flow)

P0301 - misfire cylinder 1
P0316 = Engine Misfire Detected on Startup (First 1000 Revolutions) - On Fords this is usually from moisture on the COP (coil on the spark plug)
Stay away from the stealerships if you can. Hopefully you can go to a good independent mechanic that will be truthful and help you.
