I have a dvd player for my kids not the factory installed one, just aportable one.
They can barely hear it, is there a way of hooking it up through my stereo?

Do you have the little input plug under the radio that looks like a headphone Jack. My 07 does. If so you get a wire at like best buy that has double male headphone ends

radio shack has a mini FM modulator that runs off a single AA batt. Plug it into the port DVD player and it sends the signal to the radio, done and cheap. Heck E-bay has them for $3.
