04 Eddie Bauer 5.4 2V slight knocking or tapping noise

Hello Everybody Im new here, but I need help pliz. I know this not normal for sure. Ive never owned a 5.4 2V before, but does anybody here got any info how to rebuild this engine, torque specs etc...I just want everything stock preferably, but if the cylinder walls are scored when I take it apart then i might go bigger piston, rings etc...Im guessing its either one of the rockers on the driver side or the timing chain tensioner is shot...its parked now and I dont wanna take it anywhere. I work far away from home, but my family needs a ride. My situation kinds sucks now. Thank u in advance

could be a bad exaust manifold this is common , a bolt may have broken off in the head

In addition, you might want to recheck the spark plugs. . . some may have worked themselves loose
