04 expedition 3rd row set problem

Hey guys i'm new to this forum. My 3rd row seats were working just fine a couple of weeks ago and then one day nothing. I checked all fuses and all are good. Nothing is blocking the motors and i wouldn't think that both motors would go out at the same time. The only thing i have changed to it is i swapped out the trailer plug from the stock 4 pin to a 7 flat. Any thing would help guys Thanks alot

cant see it doing anything with it but it may have a fuse/relay that popped that you aren't aware of...

So I admit im not mechanically inclined, but that would be in the fuse panel right

It would have to be something that is common to both switches. Maybe a connector came loose from the back of the switches. Try popping out the switches to see. I'm not sure if you have to take off the whole panel or not.

Thanks ill give that a try tomorrow. Come to think of it the power port right below the switches came out when one of my kids plugged something it to it, maybe the problem. lll let you know tomorrow
